BST – Utility Pass-Through Approval

The purpose of this memo is to inform all Shareholders that a utility pass-through has been approved by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). A copy of the HPD approval letter and applicable charges are attached.
The approved pass-through is for the full amount which reflects an increase in fuel cost of $547,682.00 between the periods of March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2023. The pass-through shall be collected over six (6) months. Please see the following chart which explains how much each respective apartment will be responsible for on a total and monthly basis. These charges will begin February 1, 2024 and will continue for a period of six (6) months. If you need clarification on how many rooms your apartment has, please call Management at 718-898-7022.
